I’m a photographer, journalist, and visual artist based in NYC. I've spent the past ten years covering dance music, in editorial and live review settings, primarily for Mixmag.

 

My visual art practice consists of digital and darkroom photography, predominantly landscape and environmental work, which, in some cases, is also modulated by now-obsolete AI text-generation software. My work in this vein spans formally from gallery-framed fine art images, to large, dyed photographic textile works on canvas, to video art, incorporating original and found footage, again involving AI.

 

Through Jumping Wide Open, we host multidisciplinary, multimedia art shows that deal with topics like animal consciousness and sentience, as well as ecological degredation and animism.​
